Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Exchange Process

  1. Requesting an Exchange:

    • Provide your order details, including the item you'd like to exchange and the item you'd like to receive in exchange.

  2. Exchange Approval:

    • Once we receive your exchange request, we will review it and confirm whether the exchange meets our policy criteria.

  3. Return of Original Item:

    • If your exchange is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the original item.

    • Please ensure the item is securely packaged to avoid damage during return shipping.

  4. Exchange Fulfillment:

    • After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will send out the exchanged product, subject to availability.

    • If the item you're requesting is out of stock, we will notify you and offer store credit or a refund for the original purchase price.

Exchange Fees

  • Free Exchanges: Exchanges are free for items that are defective or damaged upon receipt.

  • Return Shipping: For exchanges that are not due to our error, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
