Do you only do custom hats?

No, we offer a wide range of custom products to suit your needs. Our core range includes custom hats, stubby coolers, footy shorts, and t-shirt artwork. If you're after something specific, just let us know—we're happy to help bring your ideas to life!

Do you offer samples before placing a bulk order?

We don’t offer physical samples prior to ordering. However, once your order is placed, you’ll receive detailed sample images showing colours and embroidery for your approval before we begin bulk production. This ensures you’re happy with the final design.  

What is your current turnaround time for hats?

Our standard turnaround time for hats is approximately 8 weeks. If you need them sooner, please get in touch with us—we’re happy to discuss your deadline and explore express options where possible.

The best way to get in touch with us is by email at truckerlidco@gmail.com. Keeping communication via email helps ensure we have a clear, consistent record of all details  

What is your minimum order quantity per design?

  • Hats: 25 pieces per design/colourway
  • Stubby Coolers: 50 pieces per design
  • Footy Shorts: 25 pieces per design (mixed sizes allowed)
